NOTICE:
UPDATE 5/22/15: This bill has been re-schedule for May 27.
The new Ohio HB 152 has just been introduced to the Ohio House.  It is a proposal for constitutional carry which is not very popular at this time.  The possibility of it being pass is slim.  And even if it would be passed after scrutiny of the various committees of House and Senate, it would be close to  2 years before it would be in effect [unless they were to fast track it].   SO if you NEED to carry now, you should still take advantage of the new 8-hour classes, currently being offered and accepted by all Sheriff Offices.
